This patient is a 23 year-old female who had very little natural breast tissue. She wanted to have full, round breasts that would provide cleavage in the upper portion of her breasts and allow her to comfortably fit into dresses that fit her waist and hips. To accomplish this, a saline implant was placed under her chest muscle and filled to the maximum recommended volume for this particular implant. She is now able to achieve her desired look in any clothing, with or without a bra.
