This patient is a 29 year-old mother of one who noticed a significant decrease in her breast size after the birth of her child. She was an avid weight trainer and considered breast augmentation surgery for quite some time. She was interested in a form of breast augmentation that would have a minimal recovery so that her exercise regimen would have as little interruption as possible. Because she had a moderate amount of her own breast tissue, her breast augmentation was performed with saline implants placed on top of her chest muscle. She was very pleased with her breast augmentation and was able to return to working out with a minimal recovery.
