This patient is a 31 year-old mother of one who had very little natural breast tissue prior to the birth of her child. After breastfeeding, she noticed even less breast tissue. Due to her small frame, she wanted a postoperative appearance that was proportional to her body, but accentuated her narrow waistline and complemented her figure. This was accomplished with a saline breast implant placed under her chest muscle.
