This patient is a 53 year old female who lost a significant amount of weight and was unhappy with the way her clothing fit since a significant portion of her breast volume was lost as well. She wanted a 1 cup-size increase in her bra size with an implant that felt as natural as possible. She wanted a size increase that was discreet and not obvious.
