This patient is a 32 year-old female who did not like her appearance in strapless dresses or a two-piece bathing suit. She wanted to have more breast fullness, but did not want anyone to know she had breast augmentation. She wanted no more than a one cup-size increase in her bra size. She wanted to have a post-operative appearance out of clothing that did not look enhanced. This was accomplished with a moderate profile silicone gel breast implant placed under her chest muscle. This particular implant added volume without excessive fullness to the upper portion of each breast.
