This patient is a 30 year-old female who had small breasts all of her life but was very tall in stature. She wanted a post-operative appearance that was appropriate for her height and enabled her to fit into dresses appropriately without having her dresses altered. Because she had very little natural breast tissue and needed significant volume to achieve her desired look, a high-profile silicone gel implant was used for her surgery and placed under her chest muscle.
