This patient is a 34 year-old mother of three who did not like the appearance of her breasts after breast-feeding. She felt her breasts were deflated and was unhappy with her nipple position. She wanted full round breasts with a higher nipple position. She did not want visible scarring on her breasts to lift her nipple, nor did she want a large implant that was disproportionate to the rest of her body. Her goals were met by placing a moderate-plus profile saline implant under her chest muscle with a slight over-fill of the device. This technique raised her nipple appropriately without looking unnatural. This technique can effectively give the appearance of a breast lift, without subjecting patients to visible scars on the breast.
