This patient is a 38-year-old female mother of three who desired an increase of about 2 cup sizes in her bra. She was interested in saline implants and wanted a full, yet natural appearing breast. She wanted to fill out her existing clothing and remove the padded bras from her wardrobe. Recognizing her small frame, she did not want a postoperative appearance that was obviously disproportionate.
