This patient is a 47 year-old athletic female who participates in water sports frequently. She was unhappy with the loss of volume in her breast that occurred with time and after three children. Her goal was to restore the volume to her breast with minimal visible breast scarring so that she had a more youthful appearance in a two-piece bathing suit. She chose gel implants and received an improved nipple position with her surgery.
