This patient is a 40 year old female who chose to have bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer. She desired a breast reconstruction that was smaller and more symmetric than her natural breasts. She received bilateral implant based reconstruction with subsequent nipple reconstruction and tattoo after her breast implant were placed.
