This patient is a 42-year old female who had bilateral mastectomies for breast cancer. She chose to have immediate breast reconstruction and wanted reconstructed breasts that would be slightly larger than her original breasts. She had Latissimus Dorsi Muscle Flaps with implants to reconstruct her breasts.
