This patient is a 40 year old female who had a pre-operative bra size of 36A.  She had small breasts all of her life and wanted to have breast augmentation to achieve symmetry with the rest of her body.  She had silicone gel breast implants placed under her chest muscle and is extremely happy with her result.  She now has curves up top to match her hips and thin waist.  Her only regret is that she did not have breast augmentation surgery sooner.
