This patient is a 19 year old female who desired breast augmentation. She has always been very active and noticed a slight decrease in the size of her breasts with her workout regimen. She wanted larger breasts with more fullness in the upper pole of her breasts. This was accomplished with saline implants placed under her chest muscles. She is extremely happy to now have cleavage (in or out of a bra) and loves the way her breast implants help fill out her clothing.
