This patient is a 26 year old female who has always been unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. Since her breast started developing, she never had perky breasts. She has not had any children and felt that her breasts made her look older when she was out of clothing. It was very difficult for her to find a bathing suit top (in a two piece) that pleased her. After surgery, she was thrilled with her breast shape. She was able to preserve the fullness of her breast with her nipples in a better location on her chest wall. She is excited to have the fullness many people seek in a breast augmentation, but using only her own natural tissue. Before surgery, she would never leave the house without wearing a bra. Now, her new breasts have changed her life and her wardrobe.
