This patient is a 28 year-old mother of two who complained of lost volume after breastfeeding. She loved the appearance of her breasts immediately after childbirth and wanted to maintain that volume and appearance permanently. She desired fullness in her breasts and a natural tear-drop shape. She wanted a one to two cup-size increase in her bra size without a post-operative appearance in clothing that was obviously enhanced. Because of her relatively narrow chest and severe volume loss in her breasts, a high-profile silicone gel implant was used and placed under her chest muscle.
