This patient is a 46 year old female who desired facial rejuvenation. She was unhappy with the loose and sagging skin on the lateral aspect of her brow and wanted to look more refreshed. In addition to her upper eyelid blepharoplasty, this patient had a brow lift to smooth her brow and improve her eyelid position. Part of her browlift included eliminating the muscles between her eyebrows to prevent wrinkles from forming there in the future.
